QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bidding information collection.
• Prepare all Bill of Quantity for the entire project and vendor reports.
• Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants.
• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
• Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works.
• Check all new drawings for variation works
• Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities.
• Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.
• Organise and compile all bidding quotations.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
• Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.
• Salary will commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in equivalent qualification
• Team Player
• Good interpersonal skills
