QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.
• Source / Liase / Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
• Handle Subcontractor's progress claims & finalization of accounts.
• Liase with Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractural matters.
• Follow up Payment Response / Payment from Consultants / Client.
• Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required.
• To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.

Qualification

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similiar

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred

Skills

• Sound knowlegde of construction
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

Training

• In house and / or on the job training
