Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for budget estimate, cost control, variation orders, preparation of tender submission

· Submission of progress claims and site valuations

· Ensure timely completion of an assign tender

· Handle sub-contractor’s and supplier’s procurement, claim valuation

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or its equivalent

· 2 years working experience in the building construction industry
