Resident Engineer (C&S - LTA project)

Responsibilities

• To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise the RTOs in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolving site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with at least 10 years' post tertiary experience in Singapore, of which 2 years must be in LTA project as RE (prefer viaduct works).
• Must have accredited as RE (C&S).
• Project location: Yishun/Sembawang LTA project Viaduct works.
