Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Work under the supervision of the appropriate Qualified Person (QP) to ensure structural works comply with approved drawings and specifications, supporting the Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer and liaising with contractors to drive quality and progress on site.

Responsibilities

·              Collaborate with the Qualified Person to execute supervision duties and take full responsibility under their direction

·              Liaise effectively with Main Contractors’ Engineers and Supervisors to coordinate inspections and resolve site issues

·                Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing all Road work and associated structural including pipe diversion works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project requirements

·               Monitor progress and conduct detailed inspections to verify adherence to contract drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings

·                Review and validate inspection forms submitted by Main Contractor Engineers/Supervisors, maintaining accurate and organized records

·                Verify that structural works follow approved method statements and contractual obligations, identifying and reporting deviations promptly
