Job Description

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll ensure smooth store operations, provide great customer service, and help customers find the perfect gadgets and accessories.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Secondary school / Nitec / N Level
• Experience in handling mobile phone accessories & screen protectors (advantageous)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Interest in gadget trends and willingness to learn
• Punctual, courteous, and a team player
• Able to work on pre-arranged schedule
• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers warmly and professionally
• Share product knowledge & recommend suitable items
• Keep the store tidy, clean, and organized
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns
• Operate cashier system accurately
• Work as a team to achieve sales & service goals

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week
• Working hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM
• 2 × 30-minute breaks daily
