Retail Assistant

Location: Woodlands/Sembawang / Farrer Park

Time: Mon-Fri 830am-6pm

Type: Permanent

Salary: $2500 per month

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and operational support
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely collection of payments
• Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, AR, and purchase orders
• Update internal systems with relevant information to ensure data accuracy
• Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and vendors
• Address customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions effectively
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently.
• Other ad hoc duties
