Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and optimizing overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, implementing effective merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and campaigns.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize retail performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and sales techniques.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
