Retail Sales Assistant

• Permanent Part-Timers and Part-Timers are welcome to apply
• Full time starting with basic $1800-$2500 (depend on experiences) and attractive commissions via Tier.
• Location: Orchard

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer advice and guidance on product selections, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Support team members during busy periods
• Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail.
• A friendly, positive, and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for helping others.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Keen in jewellery industry is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• English & Mandarin speaking.
