Roasting Supervisor

We are an established Singapore coffee manufacturing factory with over 60 years of roasting experience, supplying roasted coffee and coffee powder to the local market.

We also operate our in-house brand, Encik Guan, which is actively sold and featured on TikTok Singapore, with consistent production demand.

Due to increasing production volume, we are looking for an experienced Coffee Roaster / Production Roasting Technician to join our production team on a long-term basis.

This role is suitable for candidates who already have hands-on roasting or food production experience and are looking for stable factory-based work in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

   •   Operate coffee roasting machines for daily production

   •   Execute batch roasting with consistency and quality control

   •   Monitor roasting parameters and maintain production records

   •   Perform quality checks according to SOP

   •   Support cleaning, basic maintenance, and hygiene of equipment

   •   Work closely with packaging and production team members

Requirements

   •   Prior experience in coffee roasting or food production is required

   •   Comfortable working in a factory environment

   •   Able to follow standard operating procedures

   •   Willing to work overtime when required

   •   Looking for long-term and stable employment
