RTO(C&S)

Job Description

• Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
• Prepare progress reports for their clients.
• Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
• Represent clients on construction sites.

Requirements

• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate;
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be willing to do shift work
• Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possessed class 3 driving license
• A recognised Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
