Job Description

• Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Prepare progress reports for their clients.
• Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
• Represent clients on construction sites.

Requirements

• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES or ACES
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate;
• Min. 3 years of working experience in Residential development
• Must be willing to do shift work
• Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
• Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
