Job Description

Orion Systems Integration Pte Ltd is a leading player in the automation industry, specializing in innovative solutions for industrial automation projects. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin / Sales Coordinatorto join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from quotation to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms.
  • Prepare and issue sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, and other trade documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations, orders, and payments to support sales closure and revenue collection.
  • Generate and tabulate monthly and annual sales reports for management review.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align on billing, or delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in the automation or engineering sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using sales-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a keen interest in contributing to the company's sales growth
