Sales Admin (Good Receiving)

As a Sales Admin, depending on your assigned department, some of your additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinate activities of service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in delivery (Internal)
• Liaising with customers for delivery schedule and status (External)
• Answer customer telephone and email inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints and respond where applicable (External & Internal)
• Understand the needs and requirements of customers in order to provide the right information, and assistance (External & Internal)
• Follow-up and coordination with customers, and internal teams (General)
• Any other assigned duties related to the customer service and operations function
• Coordinating for deliveries, deployment, etc. (Internal)
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’/'A' level with at least 2-year experience in any admin work.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients and staff
• Experience with SAP is a Plus
• Able to use Microsoft Office at work.
