ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer and Administrative Support
  • Assists and supports outfield sales and operation in charge
  • Assists in generating quotations
  • Handles customer order process; Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Debit/Credit
  • Handles supplier order process, Purchase Order, inbound shipment
  • Supports in inventory management, report generation, planning, forecast
  • Data-entry for book-keeping accuracy by liaising/working with accountant
  • Generates ageing debtor report and be part of a part to secure prompt payment
  • Responsible for proper paperwork and filing
  • Strikes a cohesive working relationship with internal team, customers, and suppliers
  • Undertakes additional assigned responsibilities

REQUISITES

  • > 2 years of relevant customer-driven administrative experience
  • At least to possess a GCE A-Level certificate or above
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in ERP software will be a plus (using AutoCount)
  • Good learning and working attitude
  • Strong believer in teamwork
  • Willing to assume additional responsibilities for business expansion
  • Any recognized certificate/s will be a plus
