SALES ADVISOR (FULL-TIME) (Basic Salary + Commission)

The Role

The role is to market columbarium niches and funeral packages to families to store the cremated remains of their loved ones and develop channels for the sales of these niches through collaboration with industry partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop channels for the sales & marketing of columbarium niches

- Attend to enquiries for niches from sources such as phone calls, website and social media

- Respond to booking of niches from industry partners in a prompt manner

- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner

- Ensure that all sold and reserved niches are recorded in the booking system

Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience in the sales of columbarium niches or funeral industry

- Industry Knowledge of Religious, Cultural, Customs and Burial practices

- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving, marketing and organising skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties

- Conversant with basic computer software

- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

- Any other duties, as assigned
