Sales Assistant (Consumer Segment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Consumer Sales Manager with routine tasks, including customer communication, capturing client requirements, and payment follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels
• Organize and execute product deliveries in accordance with predefined routes and schedules
• Ensure goods are properly stored, handled, and maintained within warehouse facilities
• Monitor and coordinate regular maintenance of delivery vehicles

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to engage professionally with external clients
• High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or related fields is preferred
• Valid Class 3 / 3A driving license to drive a van/lorry
