Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at 3SH Recruitment, you will drive client engagement and deliver tailored migrant domestic worker solutions by understanding household needs, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will contribute to business growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional after-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations to accurately assess household requirements and recommend migrant domestic workers that align with client needs
- Promote agency services persuasively to prospective and existing clients to increase engagement and drive sales growth
- Manage customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels by providing timely and accurate information to support client decision-making
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and migrant domestic workers to facilitate successful placements
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and processes comply fully with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to uphold legal and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver proactive after-sales service and follow-up support to clients to increase satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Apply strategic sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) (compulsory)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate relevant experience in employment/maid agency operations
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills through effective client interactions and relationship management
- Apply a customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required to support business operations
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese to effectively engage with diverse client segments and enhance communication effectiveness, supporting client relationship management and service delivery
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
- Off days: 1 weekday per week (scheduled by the company, subject to operational needs)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: Starting from S$2,800 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Attractive performance incentives/commission to earn upwards of $5,000 - $6,000 per month
- Other benefits: Annual leave, medical leave, yearly bonus
