Sales Co-ordinator (Full time/Part time)

Job Description

• Attend to customer enquiries and execution to sales orders
• Coordination of logistics and delivery with the Supply Chain Management staff
• Provide sales administrative support to Sales and Marketing Team from the start to the end of the sales cycle
• Prepare and maintain all sales related documents according to ISO requirements
• Perform Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• At least a NITEC, GCE O/A Level or equivalent
• This is a junior executive level position with at least 1 year relevant work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Basic engineering knowledge is preferred
• Candidate must possess /be: Self-motivated - Initiative - Independent - Organization skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Perform under tight schedules and deadline with minimum supervision
• Preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
