Sales Consultant

Job Description (JD):

1. Engage clients in-person, over the phone, and online to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
2. Build and maintain relationships with individual and business clients.
3. Provide expert advice on unique lifestyle items, including fortune telling tools and Fengshui-related products.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate sales records and client notes in CRM systems.
6. Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and product launches.
7. Attend relevant events and client meetings, including on weekends when required.
8. Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to sales strategy and product offerings.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in lifestyle, niche, or collectible products.
2. Experience dealing with business owners or high-value clients.
3. Knowledge of fortune telling or Fengshui products is a plus.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in CRM tools and basic reporting.
6. Willing and able to work weekends to meet clients as needed.
