We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive *Sales Coordinator* to streamline our sales operations in delivering unparalleled service. You’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless project coordination from inquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, order updates, and delivery schedules.
• Project Coordination: Track orders, manage timelines, and liaise with vendors, warehouses, and installation teams.
• Showroom & Design Assistance: Support consultants during client presentations; maintain sample library and showroom displays.
• Documentation: Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, procurement, and marketing to ensure brand consistency.
Who You Are
• Experience: 2+ years in sales coordination, admin support, or project coordination (interior design/furniture/retail industry preferred). Experience in products of zip-track blinds, security grills, AI curtains is highly preferred.
• Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational & multitasking abilities.
- Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal).
- Eye for detail and passion for interior design trends.
- Language: English and Mandarin.
• Attributes: Proactive, client-focused, team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
