Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets by designing and executing strategic sales initiatives. Drive client engagement and optimize sales performance through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while fostering professional growth
  • Design and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and respond to evolving market trends
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, managing escalations and leading strategic discussions to enhance client satisfaction
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, adjusting strategies to optimize results and meet objectives
  • Oversee lead generation activities to identify and engage potential clients and new market opportunities effectively
  • Guide the sales team in developing compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall organizational objectives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive market position
  • Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage sales processes and generate actionable insights
  • Demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach, working independently and collaboratively to drive business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA qualification is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and market trends effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
