Job Description

Execute sales processes, handle customer queries, provides quotation and negotiation.
Expand new client base, maintain and service existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly sales report to management.
Support Sales Manager in preparation of technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Attend enquiry and evaluation of repair work requirement.
Liaise with technical manager and other relevant staff in the evaluation and resolution of any quotation / order issues before submission of quotation
Resolve problems with customer after repair service.
Other duties as assigned.
