Sales Engineer/Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)

Job Description:

1. Solicits new customer/products, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects

2. Review Mechanical and Electrical (M&E- Electrical) tender documents and drawing

3. Material takes off, prepare bill of quantities and cost estimation

4. Prepare technical data quotation and proposal to clients

5. Attend to site visits/offices for contract negotiation

6. Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval

7. Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability

8. Other ad-hoc activities assigned by superior


Job Qualifications:

Education Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering

Experience Required:

• Min 2 years in Electrical sector

• Working experience as Electrical QS is preferred

•Proficiency in MS Office & Auto CAD
