Sales Executive

Job description

Salary: Basic + Transportation + Commission (Uncapped Earnings)

We are looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Self-motivated to hunt for new sales opportunities
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Service and grow the customer base
• Understand clients' needs and offer solutions that align with CSS' offerings.
• Build sales pipelines and sales closure to achieve monthly sales targets

Job Requirements

• Comfortable communicating with people
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High adaptivity and flexibility
• Able to effectively communicate to customers at least in English and one other language
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year sales experience
