Role Overview
As a Seafood Distributor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our seafood products and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable seafood products
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (experience in food or seafood industries a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with occasional early mornings or flexible hours (due to seafood logistics)
• Possess own vehicle preferred (but not mandatory)
