Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding pest control team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our customer base, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored pest control service solutions across residential and commercial segments.

You will work closely with operations to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery that keeps clients satisfied and loyal.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients — homeowners, offices, F&B outlets, property managers, and commercial properties.

• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and sales presentations to close service agreements.

• Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals on time.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as part of team performance goals.

• Provide professional after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• No experience needed, training will be provided.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
