Job Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assist to develop and manage the key accounts by conducting sales visits and products presentations.

● Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.

● Define, develop and manage sales strategies to attain sales targets.

● Establishing and building good relationships with the existing customers as well as developing new relationships with new prospective clients.

● Visit customers to replenish weekly stock and upsell to them.

● Update and educate new products launches as well as promotions to the customers.

● Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.

Requirements:

● Strong team player with a creative and approachable personality

● Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
