Sales Interior Designer

We are seeking a Sales Interior Designer to join our team, bringing creativity, innovation, and leadership to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. In this role, you will develop design concepts from idea to execution, collaborating with clients, an internal carpentry team, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Your ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate all aspects of design and implementation—while ensuring timely communication of changes in scope and cost—will be critical to the success of our projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative eye and genuine passion for interior design
• Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn new software (Aihouse, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or related field is a plus—but no prior job experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with initial concept development: mood boards, space planning, sketches, and 3D visuals
• Learn and prepare technical documentation, material boards, and construction specs
• Support client meetings and present design ideas professionally
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to help bring designs to life
• Participate in site visits and assist in project follow‑through
• Stay current with industry software, materials, and market trends
