Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive measurable revenue growth and expand market presence
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team by setting clear performance goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase customer base and strengthen market position
• Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to deliver actionable insights for management’s strategic decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful team management and deal closures
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
