SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
• Ensure effective control of resources in providing quality / cost efficiency and on time delivery service for customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Represent industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales within the precision manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects of precision engineering.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Working knowledge of high-level communication protocols and troubleshooting skills.
• Independent and good team player.
