Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Lead and manage the sales admin team, including setting KPIs, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to align sales strategies with market trends.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
