Sales Manager

Our client is seeking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Aluminium Window and Doors industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, proven sales expertise and a result-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for aluminium windows and doors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners.

• Oversee project sales from lead generation to closing, including site visits and negotiations.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.

• Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials, aluminium, or construction industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Result-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and client relationship management.
