We are a growing wood carpentry and joinery manufacturing company specializing in high-quality custom furniture, interior fittings, and wood-based solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, expand our customer base, and grow revenue in line with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities in carpentry, woodworking, interior design, and construction sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and direct clients.
- Client Management
Understand client needs and propose suitable carpentry solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Work closely with production, design, and project management teams to ensure sales commitments align with factory capacity and delivery timelines.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Provide management with regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sales Manager, preferably in wood carpentry, furniture, construction materials, or related industries.
- Strong business network in interior design, construction, or renovation sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing sales teams.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
