Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Attend to new sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive development of new products and markets
Develop, monitor, and review monthly sales pipelines and forecasts
Consolidate and contribute to group sales reports
Provide pricing guidance for RFQs and conduct product and sales training for the team
Manage key suppliers, including product sourcing, pricing, and technical support coordination
Plan and conduct customer visits for both local and overseas markets; prepare trip and visit reports
Attend and represent the company at business networking events, seminars, and exhibitions
Review subsidiary sales pipeline meeting minutes and provide guidance where necessary
Oversee order processing, delivery follow-ups, and market expansion for assigned countries
Drive cross-selling of all company products across customer accounts
Coach, guide, and evaluate sales team performance
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with proven team leadership experience
Prior experience in the gas industry or related industrial sectors is strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on sales capability
Willingness to travel locally and overseas
Possess a valid driving licence
