*Job Description:*
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and drive business growth.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to align sales strategies and drive business outcomes.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
*Desirable Skills:*
- Experience with sales methodologies, such as solution selling or consultative selling.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Certification in sales leadership or management (e.g., Sales Management Certification).
- Experience with sales performance management tools and technologies.

- Sales revenue growth and target achievement.
- Sales team performance and productivity.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
