Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identifying potential customers through various channels, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking, focusing on customer acquisition
Managing the sales cycle from lead to close, including presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and handling customer inquiries.
Answer email / WhatsApp /chats enquiries from customers
Assist customers to resolve order related issues & generate quotes / invoices
Attend and Coordinate on-site when required by clients.

Marketing:

Identify, Propose, Develop & Execute Digital Marketing plans for the company's services
Write up for marketing proposal
Responsible for idea proposal and copywriting for growth marketing campaigns
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of experience in sales is generally expected, with a proven track record.
Good understanding of current online marketing trends and strategies
Driven, resourceful, Creative and attention to detail
Comfort with cloud-based communication tools
Team Player with responsibility & initiative & open to contributing ideas
Building rapport with clients and maintaining strong relationships is crucial for sales success.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Facebook Ads / Google Ads, Youtube or Tiktok
