Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote company training programs and services to potential clients
• Able to work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Responsible for running campaigns to attract people to the business' brand, product, or service
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Monthly sales quota and performance required to achieve

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent working experience
• At least 1 year working experience in sales and marketing
• Familiarity and creativity in social-media content creation will be a bonus
• Meticulous, disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise and converse with English and Mandarin-speaking sales/factories/clients, both oral and written.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Pro-active and must be a team player

Work Arrangements

• 6-day workweek (Required to work on weekends)
• Able to start within a short notice period
• Job training provided

Salary Range

• $2,200 – $4,900
• Additional variable commission scheme available
