• Prepare and send sales quotes and invoices quickly and accurately.
• Ensure seamless deliveries by working closely with our warehouse and logistics team.
• Be the go‑to person for a group of customers, providing top‑notch service and support.
• Follow up on payments and help maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Support local purchasing by obtaining quotes and managing supplier relationships.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in sales support, operations, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with ERP systems is a bonus).
