Sales Representative

About Us:
We are a fast-growing indoor farm specializing in high-quality edible flowers and specialty greens, supplying top-tier restaurants and hotels. As we expand, we are looking for a driven, dynamic, results oriented Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, maintaining client relationships and driving revenue through proactive outreach and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.
• Be accountable for increasing revenue either through new customer acquisition or existing account growth.
• Conduct sales visits, product tastings and presentations to potential customers.
• Manage sales pipeline, track leads and follow up consistently to close deals.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product and business development.
• Accurately maintain records in CRM system.

Requirements:

• Experience in outbound sales – more than 1 year’s experience in catering or hospitality sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to drive projects to completion amidst ambiguity.
• Valid driver’s license.

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week
• Monday – Friday, 9 – 6pm
