Sales Representative

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive sale and customer service to trade customers to achieve trade goals and objectives determine by the company and/or principal.

Holder of this position is required to achieve sales target, source and develop new accounts and establish good customer relationships with outlets in the assigned channels, with the essential aim to maximize customer satisfaction, sales volume, market share and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work with Sales Manager to develop plans to achieve targets, goals and objectives sets.

2. Proper execution of daily, weekly and monthly call objectives

3. Maintain a consistent frequency of call to outlets according to itinerary and updating of call cards.

4. Conduct in-store checks during sales call, i.e merchandising, inventory check, stock rotation etc.

5. Maintain proactive communication of product and/ or brand promotions to consumer through updated POSM and Display.

6. Ensure proper control of Credit Management to outlets.

7. Keep management informed on market intelligence and competitors’ activities on a periodic basis.

8. Ensure prompt response to enquiries and/or resolution of complaints from customers.

9. Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with all outlets.

10. Perform other work related duties as assigned by management.
