Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sales team
  • Monitor tender portals, acknowledge purchase orders
  • Perform tender submissions, including but not limited to price, specifications, corporate profile, factory certificates, etc.
  • Liaise, coordinate, prepare and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, manage and follow up on sales quotations
  • Maintain and update product price lists
  • Manage special pricing requests within NetSuite Data Entry
  • Process NetSuite Inventory Transfer Forms
  • Manage, respond and assist to sales and general enquiries
  • Provide administrative support, coordination and scheduling matters in relation to Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Equipment setup, commissioning, post-sales activities, Device inspection request, etc.
  • Generate sales invoices
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Sales Manager (SM) and Product Manager (PM)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin or equivalent
  • Experienced in tender submissions
  • Familiar with ERP system (Eg. NetSuite)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and methodical in handling pricing, tenders, quotations, and invoicing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
