Sales Support Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle overseas existing and new customers

• Follow up customers enquires

• Provide quotations to customers

• Follow up with overseas existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products

• Issue sales order

• Assist Vietnam Branch (SSBVN, SIGVN) – RFQ, sales and direct import

• Sales order (overseas)

• Customer Evaluation

• Overseas trip forecast report

• Sales meeting agenda & minutes

• Sales personnel weekly report

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Knowledge SAP is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm

• Singaporean only may apply
