COMPANY PROFILE

We are a fast-growing indoor farm supplying premium edible flowers and specialty microgreens to hotels, restaurants, caterers and F&B businesses.

Our customers are professional F&B kitchens who care about quality, freshness and reliability — and we care about making their buying experience smooth and hassle-free. We are a small, hands-on team that moves quickly, values clarity, and enjoys building long-term relationships with our customers.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy supporting sales execution and improving the B2B customer buying experience. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with the founder.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is part of the sales team and works closely with the founder to support B2B sales execution. The role focuses on sales support, customer communication and sales operations, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate and timely information throughout the buying process.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It is not a marketing or branding position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Support & Operations

  • Prepare and update sales materials such as product catalogues, price lists and availability updates
  • Coordinate with admin and operations on orders, deliveries and documentation
  • Maintain basic customer records and track sales-related activities

2. Customer Communication

  • Prepare and send WhatsApp broadcast updates to B2B customers (availability, updates, promotions)
  • Draft clear and concise customer communications for follow-ups after meetings, samples and orders
  • Ensure customer-facing materials and messages are accurate, professional and easy to understand

3. Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Support and improve sales-related processes, including sampling process, tracking and follow-up
  • Assist in tracking buying patterns and re-engaging inactive customers
  • Flag issues that may affect customer buying experience or sales efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales support, account management, commercial operations or similar roles
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, wholesale, FMCG or supply-driven businesses is an advantage

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will be considered regardless of academic background

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong execution and follow-through mindset
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
  • Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic visual sense to ensure sales materials and customer communications are clean, clear and professional

Presentation & Aesthetic Expectations

  • Able to prepare clean, well-organised and professional sales materials
  • Basic presentation sense and attention to visual clarity
  • Comfortable working with simple templates (e.g. catalogues, WhatsApp messages)
  • Advanced design or creative skills are not required
