Sales Support Executive

Job Summary

You will take and process customer orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp, manage existing accounts by following up and processing orders, and plan daily work schedules to engage with current and potential sales customers.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately through phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure timely processing
• Follow up with existing accounts to confirm and process orders efficiently
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to contact existing and potential sales customers for business development
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to support sales growth
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries to assist customers with their questions and needs
• Prepare and process order-related documents such as quotations and invoices to support order fulfillment
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth sales operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to converse in Mandarin and dialects to communicate effectively with diverse customers
• Basic computing skills to manage order processing and documentation
• Positive attitude and self-starter mindset to work proactively
• Adaptable and flexible thinking to handle changing work demands
• Ability to work independently to manage tasks without constant supervision
