SECURITY GUARD(6DAYS WORK WEEK)

Job Summary:The Security Guard Officer is responsible for safeguarding the premises, assets, and personnel of [Company/Organization Name]. This role involves maintaining a secure environment through constant vigilance, proactive threat detection, access control, and effective response to emergencies and incidents. The Security Guard Officer will uphold company policies, legal guidelines, and promote a sense of safety for all occupants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Surveillance:Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas (foot or vehicle) to detect and deter suspicious activities, unauthorized access, and potential security risks.
  Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV cameras, alarm systems) and promptly respond to alerts or breaches.
  Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure they are secure (e.g., doors, windows, gates are locked).
  Identify and report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions observed during patrols.
  
• Access Control and Visitor Management:Guard entry and exit points, verifying the identity of all individuals (employees, visitors, vendors) entering and leaving the premises.
  Issue visitor passes, maintain accurate visitor logs, and ensure only authorized personnel are granted access to restricted areas.
  Manage the flow of people and vehicles, including directing traffic and assisting with parking, especially in high-traffic areas or during events.
  

Qualifications:

• Valid security pass
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Proficiency in monitoring surveillance systems and other security equipment.
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure during emergency situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
