Security Supervisor

• Possessed valid PLRD license, emplacement for SS rank successfully. Supervise a team of security personnel.
• Good leadership skills and able to lead a team of Security Officers.
• Day/Night shift; 12hr-shift (Fixed shift, no need to rotate)
• Job duties include leading the team, conduct daily briefing, patrolling, protecting company's premise and access control, etc.
• Possess valid security license, completed PWM Supervisor Certificate (PLRD requirements).
• PC literate and can able to put up incident reports.
• Conduct OJT for new staff; guide and advise new staff and orientate him for the job.
• Fully familiarizes oneself with all emergency contingency plans, policy & procedure, manuals etc. and understand the role of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and the ERT Team Leader and CMT.
• Ensures the Security Officers are at areas of their assignment at all times to look out for any suspicious loiterers/articles/incoming vehicles.
• Enforce discipline and report, warn or counsel on incidents of indiscipline observed as appropriately.
• Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)/CAMS/Fire Command Centre (FCC) Monitoring

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in hotels or private security law enforcement at a supervisory level.
• Minimum Officer Certification required by local authorities for Senior / Security Supervisor.
• Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certificate.
• Possess occupational CPR and AED.
• Basic Fire Fighting.
• First Aid Management.
• Knowledge in Fire Prevention & Protection of Building.
• Art of self-defenses, report writing, verbal and written skills, investigation and interrogation aptitude.
• Alert, vigilant, assertive, firm and able to project confidence.
