Security System IT Technician

Job Scope

• Install, Managed and Troubleshoot Security Systems:
• - Access Control System,
• - Intercom System,
• - CCTV System,
• - Network Attached System (NAS),
• - Video Management System (VMS) network equipment
• - Related copper cable, fibre cable and electrical works
• Install data and power cables, conduits (galvanized iron pipe), metal trunking
• Support testing and commissioning of security systems
• Carry out maintenance checks
• Perform onsite troubleshooting
• Provide technical and engineering support and training
• Deliver samples and equipment to sites, where necessary
• Networking, design and setup for security system
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers on additional assigned tasks, where necessary

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Computer or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience working with ELV systems such as Access Control System, Intercom System, CCTV System
• Good knowledge of computer networking setup and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment.
• Class 3A/3 driving license is an advantage
