Security Systems Technician

As an Security Systems Technician , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of our IT environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other teams to implement technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Working time : Mon- Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm Sat 9:00am - 1:00pm
