Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications. You will work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document findings clearly.
• Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation, and Figma for reviewing UX/UI designs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure solutions meet user experience best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities.
• Maintain awareness of technical constraints, including API, backend, and web development considerations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital product development.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and familiarity with Figma.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and stakeholder management.
• Basic knowledge of API, backend, and web development concepts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Exposure to data analysis or business intelligence tools.
